SafeWize Compliance Trainer

Trained on the SafeWize 90-Day Program & 20 Training Modules

Hi! I’m your SafeWize Compliance Trainer.

I’m here to guide you through your psychosocial safety compliance journey — step by step, in plain English. I can help you understand your documents, explain what each module requires, and answer questions about your obligations under Australian WHS law.

I don’t write reports or generate assessments — that’s for later. Right now, my job is to help you understand and implement your compliance program.

Where would you like to start? You can ask me about a specific module, a document, or just say “What should I do first?”

Before You Begin Start Here — Day 1

Get to know your dashboard, understand the law, and complete your first two setup tasks.

Start Here
Step 1 — Know Your Dashboard

Your SafeWize dashboard has everything you need in one place. Here's how it's organised:

Documents
Your full library of 100+ SOPs, policies, templates & registers — all pre-built for you.
AI Trainer
Ask your compliance coach anything — it knows every document and every step of your 90-day pathway.
Surveys & Forms
Deploy anonymous worker surveys to identify hazards. Results feed directly into your risk assessment.
Training
Step-by-step video modules that walk you through every phase of your compliance journey.

How the 90-Day Path works: Each module below is a phase of your compliance build. Tick off milestones as you complete them — the progress bar above tracks your journey. You can ask the AI coach for help at any step.

Step 2 — Understanding the Law

Under Australian WHS law, every Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) is legally required to take preventative measures to manage psychosocial hazards. This is not optional — it is a legal duty of care.

Your 5 Legal Obligations as a PCBU:
1.Identify — Systematically identify all psychosocial hazards in your workplace
2.Assess — Assess the risk each hazard poses to workers
3.Control — Implement controls to eliminate or minimise those risks
4.Consult — Consult with workers throughout the process
5.Review — Review your controls regularly and after any incidents
How SafeWize manages this over a year:

Your 90-day pathway builds the system. After that, the annual cycle keeps it running: quarterly check-ins, an annual risk review, and ongoing consultation. 80% of the heavy lifting is already done for you — every document, template, and process is pre-built. You just need to customise, deploy, and tick off the milestones.

Fill in your Business Information

Add your business name, industry, team size, and key contacts. This personalises your documents and helps the AI coach give you relevant guidance.

→ Go to My Business Profile
Complete your Risk Identifier

This is your first active compliance task. Work through the Risk Identifier to flag which psychosocial hazards are present in your workplace. This feeds directly into your Module 2 risk assessment.

→ Open Risk Identifier Document
Step 6 — Meet Your AI Compliance Coach

The AI Coach in the chat below is not just a chatbot — it is your personal compliance guide. It knows every document in your library, every step of the 90-day pathway, and the full requirements of Australian WHS psychosocial law.

What your AI Coach can help you with:
Explain what each law, obligation, or document actually means in plain English
Walk you through how to complete any document or milestone step by step
Tell you exactly what you need to do this week to stay on track
Help you understand the difference between identifying, assessing, controlling, consulting, and reviewing hazards
Answer any compliance question — from "what is a psychosocial hazard" to "am I audit-ready"

How to use it: Simply type your question in the chat below and hit Send. You can ask it anything at any point in your journey — it's available 24/7 and gets smarter the more context you give it about your business.
